What to Expect
At your first visit we’ll begin with a comprehensive evaluation, which includes a thorough medical history review and a deep dive into your story to fully understand the nature of your injury or condition. We’ll also review any imaging you may have, such as X-rays or MRIs, to ensure we’re addressing all relevant factors. Following that, I’ll assess your movement patterns, strength, mobility, and any muscular imbalances contributing to your pain or dysfunction.
Based on objective findings and movement analysis, we’ll create a personalized rehabilitation plan designed to address your specific needs and goals. By the end of your first visit, you should walk away with a clear understanding of your body, your injury, and what your physical therapy plan will look like moving forward.
